| Don't tell someone they're going to be mod without discussing it with the rest of the team. So that when that person comes back to the forum that same day: She sees that she's no longer mod because one person wasn't in the agreement and took the powers away. This is childish. I had been gone on a fishing trip for a while with my father, who I get to see maybe twice a year now. That doesn't mean I just stopped being active. | |
