| If he can't load the page or he is getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors, tell him to turn off his modem/router for 30 seconds and then turn it on again. | |

| I asked him that, but it looks like it still isn't working. I don't think he tired every browser though. He has Google Chrome BTW. | |
