This what our government should do:


Add a new 2-3 strike system.

Any offenders who break the law gain a strike for petty crime like Stealing, street fighting, long term drug abuse (soft drugs and hardcore drugs) and benefit fraud.

First strike is either community service or prison (Again with a second strike) Third Strike is either National service or Prison, but with this they must plead and have a valid reason why they can't do the national service.

Out of the national service they will gain skills and the discipline of which will help them to have a successful careers in life and will keep them from breaking the law in the near future.
