Gold Membership deals

My Xbox Live ran out and as soon as I checked the dashboard there's a 2 months for $2 thing. I shit you not literally for the past 8 months or so I've lived off of these type of deals. Is anybody else seeing these or am I just special?

Europe, specifically Ireland, gets fuck all deals. I think the best on I saw was Starship Troopers, two day rental for 150MSP .....

Yeah the last time I renewed I used a 3 months for $3 deal. If you use those you can save a a lot of money.

The catch is that you need to use a credit card on your system.

You can simply remove your credit card details from the console/user profile.

You could remove it by going to xbox.com for like 3 years now...I'm not sure when they added the option to remove if from the console itself but I did it the day I made this thread to remove my brother's card from my account.

You can cancel auto-renewal from xbox.com too, which I would recommend to anyone who does buy these deals since it does activate automatically.
