There was this article somewhere that stated that the "gay-voice" is completely forced and isn't even their real voice. They discovered this when a gay guy woke up from surgery and was talking in a very masculine, very deep voice. When he realized how he was talking he started to talk in the "gay" way.

Yep. I don't know who got this statistic but several different people said that my university has 80% gay people. Although I believe that is wrong there are a lot of gay people around. I've seen both very very very camp faggots but also a number of normal-looking, hell, even pretty masculine-seeming gay couples.

It's hard to say whether it is genetic for some gay people or not. I'm not entirely sure but some do seem to be putting it on a lot.
