Mainly Bully/Canis Canem Edit. Truly Rockstar's best game, and one of the best games I've played ever.
Maybe Grim Fandango but to be honest I think it ended perfectly as it did and a new game may not really add much. A HD remake and console port would be awesome though.
and Little Big Adventure :') It had the most compelling gameplay, storyline, game world, characters, soundtrack... everything. One of the few games that comes close to perfection.
