I think Microsoft bought out the CMA too, cause even though they approved it they told other companies not to try similar buyouts:

May as well be clear and say "Sony please don't buy Ubisoft."
It will be interesting to see if this turns out to be a $69 billion deal to put all the games on Gamepass. Activision games are already made like they're meant to be free.
Seems like a repeat of the 360 generation, Microsoft pulling a Microsoft.
