I'm back again

under 4 years later, after building my first PC (Radeon 7850 HD, FX-6100, 8GB RAM, etc) I decided I was done with it.
Rather than upgrading, I decided to start afresh. I ordered all the parts for a new PC, built it about a month ago and since then I've been having a blast!

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
CPU: Intel i7 6700K @ 4ghz (stock)
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 3200Mhz
PSU: 650W Corsair RM650X Gold Certified (fully modular)
HDD: 3TB WD Blue
SSD: 250GB Samsung Evo 850
Motherboard: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
Case: NZXT S340
Monitor: AOC AGON AG271QX 27" QHD 144Hz Monitor (this bitch alone cost me £420)
Mouse: Dragon War Leviathan
Keyboard: Logitech K360 Wireless

Total cost: £1800~ (for reference, that's 3x the price of my last PC and almost 10x the price of my PS4..which I've since sold)



























All games running at 1440p. Lowest frame-rate I get is 60fps (with v sync on, at ultra settings with Hair FX on The Witcher, and with super sampling up high on Ryse: Son of Rome), on games like Doom I get around 120fps~ on ultra, Just Cause 3 is about 70fps on Ultra, etc.

i just bought a custom built pc from dinopc instead, not that much more expensive than building it yourself.

Complimentary colors are white, khaki, eggplant (dark purple/plum), red, gray, light blue, orange, pink, and gold. Black, dark brown, navy blue, and light green are not very flattering.
