The video, called Trump Effect, appeared to have been made by a fan, who was then retweeted by the Republican presidential candidate.
As well as being removed from Twitter, the clip has also been taken down from YouTube.
Trump Effect featured music from the game as well as Martin Sheen's voice.

As well as acting in Mass Effect, Martin Sheen is known for starring in US drama The West Wing as President Jed Bartlet - a Democrat.

"The video was an unauthorized use of our IP. We do not support our assets being used in political campaigns," said EA in a statement.
Donald Trump is running for nomination as the Republican party's candidate in this year's US election.
Earlier this year Adele issued a statement saying she had not authorised him to use her music as part of his campaign.
He had been playing Rolling in the Deep as part of his "warm-up".
Other musicians, including Michael Stipe from REM, Steven Tyler from Aerosmith and Neil Young have also asked Trump to stop playing their music at his rallies.
