Man that sounds so fucking bad, i think it's safe to say the series is dead and Xbox is outside of the US as well.

Halo 5 currently stands at the lowest rating in the main franchise history at an 85 (2 lower than even Halo 4)
That, and MS hasn't wanted to say how much it sold, so they combined hardware, controller, game and even MICROTRANSACTION SALES as the overall number of totals.
I think it's fair to say that Halo really is a dead cow.

Halo's been pushing it since 3. Wouldn't mind seeing them tie off the series with a Toy Story 3 or Resistance 3-esque Master Chief retirement/death game, though at this point a dishonourable discharge may be more fitting.

You know, the worst thing is the marketing. The fact that it was advertised the way it was, and then there ends up being, literally, NOTHING from the marketing that's in the final game. That's just sad beyond words, really.

It's mind boggling that they would go as far as to remove splitscreen. Surely they should have known that that would cause some backlash with longtime Halo fans. I'm conflicted because Halo 5's gameplay looks solid but the game has one too many sore points.
Btw...85 metascore is not that bad lol. Metascores for FPS games have been deflating for a while now.
