E3 2015: PS4 vs. Xbox One

Mecha makes another PS4 vs. Xbone E3 fanboy thread. Why am I not surprised?


I'd say they were about even, actually. Not great conferences, but just very solid overall. Miles better than that shit EA put out, and slightly better than the surprising-decent Ubisoft conference earlier today. Who knows, maybe Nintendo's conference tomorrow will both Sony's and Microsoft's showings today.

Though, Bethesda still had the best conference and best showings so far for E3 2015.

Sony's E3 was pathetic. Microsoft won easily.

PS4 easily

Both had some big hitters which were sorely needed, for me xbox by a margin but will definitely be purchasing a ps4 now

I don't know what some of you are on, Sony's was hilariously bad, one of their worst conferences of all time whereas Microsoft had their first super solid really good conference. Microsoft decimated Sony this year.

Anyway nobody has won yet until we see Nintendo

I don't fucking understand how people are voting for Sony. WTF did they show off? FFVII? Who cares not exclusive. Last Guardian and Horizon Zero Dawn are cool. Uncharted 4 was too but it fucking froze on stage that was embarrassing. World of Final Fantasy was kinda shitty and No Man's Sky isn't exclusive either. On the other hand Microsoft had Halo 5, Gears 4, Forza 6, Sea of Thieves, and Recore. And let's not forget that Microsoft is bringing backwards compatibility meanwhile playstation now is charging you to play games you already own. 5 good exclusives and one good feature vs 3 good exclusives? Not even a competition.

I did, but I was hoping they would grow out of those mentalities since most people here are in their 20's now.

Duke wasn't even on PS3Nation for that long, lol. He was considered a poor man's Tahmidk. However, I will give Duke credit for outsmarting Jack once.

MS won by a decent margin. Some of the same people who are voting Sony this year were complaining about the same gimmicks (shitty kid games, COD) Sony had this year that MS had last year.

I didn't watch Microsoft's, but I will say Sony's was rather lackluster and embarrassing at points.

I'm not muslim. I am of Middle-Eastern flavor.

The only exciting thing on the xbox conference was that Cup game that had the retro cartoon look to it, the Rare collection and mods.

Halo and gears demo were boring, Im sure they will be great games, but we are specifically talking about what they showed.

Forza keeps making car games every year, how can you even get excited.

Fables was trash.

Tomb Raider looked good

The only surprices were the mods, rare collection and backwards compatibility.
So it was mostly xbots getting excited to play old games.




Now on the Sony side...

Last Guardian, long awaited game.

Horizon, unlike anything else.

FF7, its not gonna be exclusive, thats not the point tho, this isnt the "who had the best exclusives" poll, this is the "who had the best show" poll. And revealing this game is enough to win it.

Shenmue, another game no one saw coming.

The Media Molecule game, again nothing else like it.

Uncharted 4 demo easily beats any demo xbox had.
