@RamboOnRedBull Indeed it is. I grew up with The Silence of the Lambs, so I was skeptical when the TV show was first announced. But after watching the TV show, it makes The Silence of the Lambs look like a kids movie by comparison, lol! Also Manhunter is highly underrated.

Manhunter was good, but didn't reach the franchise's potential IMO.

@RamboOnRedBull Well Manhunter was made before The Silence of the Lambs novel was even created. So the filmmakers didn't know what they had. As a stand-alone Michael Mann film, it's pretty good.

Yeah, I agree. 

Michael Mann is also a very underrated filmmaker as well. It kind of bugs me a bit, to be honest.

@RamboOnRedBull I was kinda already a Michael Mann fan before I watched Manhunter. When I found out that Michael Mann directed Manhunter, I was like, oh shit Michael Mann directed a Hannibal Lecter film. It's funny how a comedy director made a better film than what Michael Mann did with Manhunter, lol!
