First Villain For SUPERGIRL Revealed; Superman Exists In This Universe!?

Regardless, the description they give is very interesting as it reveals that he's a "big, burly monster of a man, who has battled Kara’s cousin in the past and shows up to ascertain her level of power, on behalf of an unseen superior." So Superman DOES exist in this world, and there will obviously be some references to him. Supergirl was hinted at in Man of Steel, so could it be that this series takes place in the DC Cinematic Universe? Share your thoughts on this odd piece of news below...

@Mecha Since Warner Bros. has both Batman and Superman barred from TV usage people though they wouldn't be able to use Superman but I think they'll acknowledge him, but he's never actually show.
