I have to decide between a gaming pc or a ps4+good pc for uni

PC would be cheaper but PS4 has KH3, FFXV and now this. Never really into the Souls games much but Bloodborne looks pretty neat, nice horror feel to it, and Silent Hills as well!

Both then mate. You'll need a PC for general use anyway, and most strategy games on PC aren't that demanding. Get a PC first for general use as well as cheap games.
Then get a PS4 when good games like this are finally released which could be another year or two.
