Anybody here watch the Revived Toonami on Adult Swim? They have DBZ Kai added to the lineup, and they just premiered InuYasha: The Final Act last night. They also continue to air stuff like Attack on Titan, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto: Shippuden, Gurren Lagann, Big O, GITS: Stand Alone Complex, FMAB, Space Dandy, Cowboy Bebop, and others. A few of those shows get new episodes every week as well. (Well, not really new for One Piece and a few others. Just the first time those English Dub episodes have aired on Toonami.) They also have premiered the first 8 episodes of Hellsing: Ultimate, and have the final episodes in English coming next month. If I'm not too busy and have a chance, I usually check out Toonami at different times of the night to watch some of these shows. I'm always down to watch some Gurren Lagann, FMAB, and AoT. (Fuck Naruto though)

Speaking of next month, here's Toonami's December Movie Month schedule:
Cool article about classic Toonami, and some of the shows that aired back-in-the-day that didn't quite make it.

I don't blame you. The revived lineup isn't exactly what I would call a great lineup, with it having "premiere episodes" of shows that already aired awhile back, or that have aired on another network. I rarely actually watch more than one show whenever I see it on. Plus, the recent decision to get rid of the 11:30 timeblock to start is fucking stupid. Since 3:30-6:00 due to "bad ratings", only 3 and a half hours are left on the Toonami block to show anime. Starting it at 12:00 am Saturday nights is pretty lame and hurts its audience, IMO. But, at least it's getting some new shows so far this year. We just got Kill la Kill, and we'll be getting SAO II in late March. ( I look forward to re-watching that) Hopefully, the block can stay around for at least another year or two. It's literally the only block left on basic cable TV that shows anime, anymore. I know there's FUNimation channel, but very few cable providers still have that channel. Anime on U.S. TV is pretty much dead, sadly.

Awesome timing, because I just started watching Kill La Kill earlier this week!
