I thought this was obvious as soon as they announced the developer... Not to mention the teaser pretty much confirming it. It's way over-optimistic to expect anything other than another shitty Battlefield game, just this time with Star Wars characters. EA's obviously just trying to milk nostalgia bucks.

No they weren't... (not all of them anyway, this is Battlefront 2 on PC, and the PSP version was in third person too unless playing as a Jedi)

Pretty sure you could switch between first and third person.

Honestly all they have to do is make a good battlefield game with a star wars skin, shouldn't be difficult......right?
